Navigator Consulting Group delivered a training programme on Digital Transformation for Small Enterprises in Cyprus. Led by Philip Ammerman, the training was attended by 9 small enterprises representing a cross-section of the Cypriot economy.

The training held online on 9-10 December and 16-17 December 2020 was organized in a cooperation with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 15 representatives from 9 small enterprises attended the training. The training will be followed by company visits with a purpose to consult companies how key principles of Digital Transformation could be adapted to the specific company.
The aim of the training programme is to help companies to
Strategically prepare for digital transformation, including preparing organisations, teams, business processes and corporate culture to orient around a customer-focused, technology-driven, 27/7/365 environment;
Successfully implement critical digital projects, such as web design, online marketing campaigns, ERP or accounting platform development and installation, and other related online or server-based initiatives;
Understand how international and Cypriot consumers, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders are adapting to the internet in the process of becoming digital natives.

The training was delivered by Philip Ammerman. Philip is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur active in digital transformation and tech start-ups. He has commissioned and managed major digital advertising campaigns, either on a stand-alone basis or in conjunction with wider advertising spend. He is highly proficient in helping companies move their operations online.
