Leptos Calypso Hotels and Navigator Consulting Group today announced a strategic partnership for online tourism marketing and guest experience.
Leptos Calypso Hotels is one of the largest hotel groups in Cyprus, with four properties in Paphos and one in Crete. Listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Leptos Calypso Hotels is part of the Leptos Group of Companies.
The Leptos Calypso hotel properties include:
Coral Beach Hotel & Resort: 5*, 421 rooms
Sentido Thalassa Coral Bay: 4*, 100 rooms
Basilica Holiday Resort: 3*, 82 rooms
Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort: 3*, 193 rooms
Panorama Hotel Crete: 5*, 200 rooms
Under this partnership, Leptos Calypso and Navigator will together develop the online marketing services, customer experience and web content offered to guests and business partners. These include:
Strategic positioning of hotel offers and services;
Definition of hotel special offers and services to guests;
Website content development and content marketing;
Email communications and newsletters to hotel guests and partners;
Destination management information on events, tourist attractions and sites;
Social media marketing and support.
While Greece and Cyprus are seeing record numbers of incoming tourists in 2016, the hotel industry remains heavily seasonal and dominated by group travel. One of the key challenges faced by any hotel group is to extend seasonality, and manage the complexity of online tourism marketing.
