The InterCom Project developed and tested innovative methods for internationalisation and commercialisation of business clusters and networks. The project partnership worked with 12 business clusters in Poland and Lithuania to:

  • Review cluster strategies and operations

  • Assess manager competencies

  • Develop action learning training for online marketing, internationalisation, commercialisation, project management and negotiation skills

  • Support the strategic development of the clusters through ongoing mentoring and support

  • Develop and test a Learning Management Platform for the action learning courses.
